STEP-1	Online Registration dates: FRIDAY 7/01/2022, SATURDAY 8/01/2022 & SUNDAY 09/01/2022  (6 am onwards). Parents who wish to apply for the admission of their ward will have to go on the School’s website – http://www.stpatricksacademymeerut.in/  and click on the link – ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION 2022-23. Fill the form ONLINE; with correct details (as per documents) followed by making the payment of ₹ 1000 + bank charges through online banking. Complete the transaction and note the transaction id for future reference. After online submission of the form, the Registration Form & payment, receipt with the list of required documents will be sent to your registered E-mail ID. Please ensure to mention your correct   E-mail ID at the time of online filling of the form. School does not take any responsibility if you do not receive the form because of your wrong E-mail ID. *Issue of Prospectus & Registration Form Does Not Guarantee Admission
STEP-2	Regn. Form with all the copies of documents is to be submitted on your respective Interaction date & Timings at the School office. Bring ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSE. INTERACTION SCHEDULE FOR THE CHILD IS GIVEN AT THE END OF DOCUMENT (PAGE No. 6 &7 )
AGE	For Class LKG, applicant’s age should be between 3 years to 4 years 2 months as on 31stMarch 2022. (Child born between 31st January 2018 and   31st March 2019 is eligible to apply for admission in Class LKG). a. Only children who are registered within three months of their birth will be considered.      b. In the Regn. Form, child’s name should be written as per the Birth Certificate issued by  Municipal Corporation / Cantt. Board / Nagar Nigam / Gram Parishad.                                  c. Birth certificates issued by Hospitals will not be accepted.                                               d. Birth certificates without child’s name will not be accepted. Please visit our website www.stpatricksacademymeerut.in for details of documents required. Forms without the specified documents will not be accepted.

                                                                                                                                                                                

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  PRINT THE REGISTRATION FORM & PAYMENT RECEIPT SENT AT YOUR EMAIL ID (3 pages Regn. Form & 2 pages Guidelines + 1 page Payment Receipt). ALL WILL BE SUBMITTED TO SCHOOL ON INTERACTION DAY.

2.    BOTH FATHER & MOTHER SHOULD SIGN AT THE END OF THE REGISTRATION FORM.

3.  PARENTS SHOULD SIGN ON ALL THE PHOTOCOPIES. ALSO MENTION REGISTRATION NO. ON EACH PHOTOCOPY.

4.   CHILD’S INTERACTION AND FORM SUBMISSION WILL HAPPEN ON THE SAME DAY AS PER THE SCHEDULE MENTIONED AT THE END OF DOCUMENT.

5.    BOTH FATHER AND MOTHER SHOULD COME ALONG WITH A CHILD ON THE INTERACTION DAY.

6.    A CHILD SHOULD APPEAR FOR VERBAL INTERACTION TO ATTEMPT FOR ADMISSION TO RESPECTIVE APPLIED CLASS.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED IN PHOTOCOPIES ALONG WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM - 2022-2023

  ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE PRODUCED FOR VERIFICATION ON THE INTERACTION DATE

1.     Online payment receipt of ₹1000/- against registration form.

2.     Copy of the Birth Certificate with Child’s name on it. Without Name, the Birth Certificate will not be accepted & Registration will become null & void.

3.     Copy of ANY ONE of the following documents to establish identity/local address:

Aadhaar Card of parents / Electricity bill / BSNL telephone bill / Water Bill / Passport/ Voter I-card/ Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.

4.     Original Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner (at least MBBS).

5.     Copy of the Vaccination Card of the child.

6.     Copy of Report Card of elder child in the same school (St. Patrick's Academy, Meerut) to get sibling points.

7.     Copy of Category Certificate in case SC/ST/OBC favouring Child’s name.

8.     For Christian candidates, copy of the Baptismal Certificate should also to be attached.

9.     Provisional TC or Bonafide Certificate from the present School / any proof for present School & class.

10.  ADHAAR CARD COPY OF THE FATHER and MOTHER (MANDATORY).

Date for Child’s Interaction at St. Patrick’s Academy has been allotted according to their respective registration form no. Kindly follow the date & timing of interaction very carefully. Same time, the REGISTRATION FORM & DOCUMENTS shall be submitted at School Office.

NO DOCUMENTARY CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED PRIOR / LATER TO THE ADMISSION OTHER THAN WHICH ARE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
